The social network users began creating parodies and “Lolcats” with her image. She rose to fame when on September 22, 2012, Bryan Bundesen, Tabatha’s brother took a picture of her and posted it on Reddit. Even though she always appeared grumpy, her owner stated that almost all the time, Grumpy Cat was just a normal cat. Her brother, Pokey, and she were the only ones with bubble eyes, flat faces, and short tails. She had peculiar hind legs and was undersized. Despite her parents being normal-sized with domestic short hair, Grumpy Cat was a little different. They were owned by Tabatha Bundesen from Morristown, Arizona. She was born on April 4, 2012, as one of a litter of four kittens. She ended up going viral and was recognized all over social media.
Although they were not intentional, they worked in her favor. Tardar Sauce, famously known as Grumpy Cat, was legendary for her facial expressions.
